When you first look at approaching a coach or practitioner for a session what do you think it will be like?


Do you think you will be forced to face your fears?

Do you imagine that you will have to re-live old traumatic events and bring back past feelings?

Do you think you will have to pour your heart out, exposing every little detail about your life and history to someone who is essentially a stranger?


With NLP and Time Line Therapy® this is simply not the case.


We can banish limiting beliefs and negative emotions from the mind quickly and effectively without dredging up uncomfortable experiences.

  • We start by chatting a bit about what you want to achieve from our session and any goals you might have for yourself.

  • I will then put together a bespoke package to help you get to where you want to be.

  • We will then work with your subconscious to find and replace negative emotions and beliefs with learnings and positive outcomes.

  • This is achieved by using a series of carefully worded techniques.

You will be asked questions that aren't typical of other therapies, they aren't probing or scary, instead meant to get your subconscious and conscious working together as one.
